Dunn is an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified manufacturer of high-precision, complex machined components, assemblies and kits used by original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”s) and Tier 1 suppliers to OEMs in the defense, commercial and business jet sectors of the aerospace and defense industry. Through its acquisition of Nex-Tech Aerospace, HMD operates out of four strategic locations; Euless, TX, Wichita, KS, St. Louis, MO and Mexicali, Mexico. Headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Apex Engineering International, LLC (AEI) is a leading manufacturer of aircraft components for the aerospace industry, including commercial OEM’s, commercial aftermarket, business jet OEM, business jet aftermarket, U.S. Military OEM’s, and U.S. Military Aftermarket. Founded in the 1950’s, AEI has developed a strong reputation and longstanding relationships by delivering high quality, best in class solutions to its blue-chip OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Founded in 1944 in Tulsa, Ramsey Industries is comprised of three subsidiaries: (i) Auto Crane, (ii) Ramsey Winch and (iii) Eskride. Under the Auto Crane brand, the company provides a comprehensive line of truck-mounted telescopic cranes, crane service bodies and accessories. Under the Ramsey Winch brand, the company offers a broad range of industrial and consumer winches. Eskridge manufactures high-torque planetary gear drives, auger drives an multiple-disc brakes for OEM and distribution customers. McKenzie Sports Products, Inc., headquartered in Granite Quarry, North Carolina, is the premier designer and manufacturer of taxidermy forms and supplies used to mount trophies harvested by hunters and fishermen. Founded in 1973 by experienced taxidermist and hunter Larry McKenzie, the company designs, manufactures, markets and distributes a broad array of anatomically correct taxidermy forms. The taxidermy forms are sold exclusively through the company’s retail catalogue. It also sells additional parts, supplies, accessories and training materials to create one-stop convenience for the taxidermist.
